I like to say I’m a recovering engineer. That technical background is a big part of why I enjoy learning all the cool things I can do with a photograph. Inspirations include geometry and technology, Weston and Mapplethorpe, Penn and Newton, Man Ray and Erwin Blumenfeld, the real and the surreal, myth and reality.
